How long does delivery take, and will I pay import duties?

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery takes 5–8 business days to the UK, 6–10 to the EU and 8–13 to the USA. US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. For the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Mexico, import duties and taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

What if the size isn't right?

“Purity” comes in sizes XXS–L. There is a size chart in centimetres on this page. If the fit is wrong, you can return the item within 30 days; return postage is paid by the customer.
