HOW TO MEASURE

Taking accurate measurements
is the easiest way to find your fit.
This scheme walks you through the process step by step

You’ll need: a soft measuring tape and a mirror (a friend helps)
Measure over thin clothing or underwear. Keep the tape snug, not tight

BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level
WAIST
Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest point)
HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, tape parallel to the floor
INSEAM
Measure from the crotch down the inside of your leg to the ankle
(or your desired hem point).

SHOULDER WIDTH
Measure across your back from shoulder point to shoulder point

UPPER ARM
Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm (bicep), arm relaxed

SLEEVE LENGTH
Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist along the outside of the arm.
Slightly bend your arm for accuracy

TIP
If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually more comfortable
