All shipments are processed by professional logistics providers.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

All items are delivered via trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or equivalent local postal services.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and our system is updated with your tracking number, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If 14 business days have passed since placing your order and you have not received a tracking email, please contact us at info@valerieequestrian.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Express Shipping
At this time, express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Express delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Separate Packages

Change of Address
If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has begun processing or has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
As a general rule, if you do not contact us within 5 hours of placing your order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
